The Kentucky Department of Housing, Buildings & Construction are the ones who you must apply with to become a licensed Plumbing Contractor or Journeyman Plumber in Kentucky. License master and journeyman plumbers. Review and approve plans for construction on all buildings serving the public, whether they are publicly or privately owned.
